Most orders are shipped UPS the same day they are placed, unless otherwise specified. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Please call for prices to foreign countries. If you provide a valid email address, you will be notified if your order is delayed. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Shipping is available in the continental United States; please call for shipping to California and Arizona. Next Day Air is available for additional charges. International shipping may be available depending on the location; please call for prices. Any orders placed on Friday will be deferred until the next business day to ensure the highest quality product. Although we ship your order in excellent condition, in the case of loss or damage, the responsibility for delivering the package in the same condition is accepted by the freight carrier. Returns & Claims
All products ordered from Pearson Farm are guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product you receive or it is damaged in any way upon arrival, we will replace it. UPS will need to pick up the damaged package for insurance purposes, so you must report the damage within 2 days and save the package.
We guarantee our products to be fresh upon shipping. We reserve the right to substitute items with an item of an equal or greater value. We package our gifts carefully, and will ship a replacement upon proper documentation of damage from carrier.
