Shipping Policy

Pearson Farm ships via UPS from our farm to your door Monday through Friday of each week, with the exception of US Holidays.  Based upon the availability of the crop and products, all orders received before 4p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.  Orders received after 4p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day.  Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping refers to the time in transit after it has been shipped from our farm.  This time in transit does not include weekends or holidays.

PEACH ORDERS: Based upon availability of the crop, Pearson Farm Peach Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday of each week for delivery by Friday.  All orders received after 4p.m. EST on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

Due to the fragile and perishable nature of our peaches, packages should arrive within 2 days of leaving the Farm to ensure perfect condition.  Many customers live within our 2 Day Ground shipment region, but we recommend 2nd Day Air for the following states:  NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME, MN, IA, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, NM, CO, UT, NV, WY, MT, ID, OR and WA.  Should you choose to forgo the 2nd Day Air recommendation, Pearson Farm will be unable to guarantee the condition of the peaches, as well as offer any refunds or replacements.

HAWAII and ALASKA: Please call us at the farm for shipping information on orders going to Hawaii and Alaska due to shipping services differing from the contiguous 48 states.

CALIFORNIA and ARIZONA: We are unable to ship our fresh Georgia Peaches or In-shell Pecans to California or Arizona due to agricultural regulations in these two states.

POST OFFICE BOXES: We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes.  Please provide valid street address for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time, Pearson Farm does not ship internationally.

Returns & Claims

All products ordered from Pearson Farm are guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product you receive or it is damaged in any way upon arrival, we will replace it. UPS will need to pick up the damaged package for insurance purposes, so you must report the damage within 2 days and save the package.  

We guarantee our products to be fresh upon shipping. We reserve the right to substitute items with an item of an equal or greater value. We package our gifts carefully, and will ship a replacement upon proper documentation of damage from carrier.

Pearson Farm respects your privacy and guarantees the security of this site.  We will not share your information with anyone.  All information given us is held with the utmost care and security. We will not share any of your information such as name, address, charge card, phone number or e-mail address. We will not sell or rent any of your Personal information to third parties. The information asked for during the check-out process is necessary to process your order. Pearson Farm does not share any of our clients' information with anyone. Our newsletter is a private publication only for those who have registered for it.
