Pearson Farm Shipping Policy
Most orders from Pearson Farm are shipped UPS the same day they are placed. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. If you provide a valid email address, you will be notified if your order is delayed and when it ships. Shipping is available in the continental United States. Next Day Air is also available for an extra fee. International shipping may be available depending on location. Please call for more information regarding international shipments at 478.827.0750 or 888-423-7374. All address corrections made and delivered by UPS will be charged an additional $10 due to the charges that we incur. Peaches will only be shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Return Policy and Claims
We make every effort to ship first quality products without defect and complete. If there is damage to a package received from Pearson Farm, please save packaging as UPS will need to pick it up for inspection. We take great care to insure that your package is received in excellent condition. Please contact customer service within 72 hours, in the event that there is a problem, at 1-888-423-7374 or email your concern to www.customerservice@pearsonfarm.com. You must be completely satisfied with your order or gift, or we will replace it at no charge or refund your money.
