Frozen Peach Yogurt


  • 5 peaches peeled& chopped in bite size pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups raw brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tab balsamic vinegar
  • 1 quart plain Greek yogurt ( not fat free)


Combine the peaches with sugar and balsamic vinegar, cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day combine Greek yogurt with peach mixture and mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer and churn according to directions from manufacturer. Each within an hour for soft serve. Makes about 6 cups
