Peach Granita

Ingredients

  • 1 peach pitted removed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Puree the peach in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the water and sugar, mix to combine.
  3. Put the mixture into a small, shallow metal container. Place in the freezer.
  4. Every 30-45 minutes scrap the mixture with a fork until it is completely frozen.
