Pecan Cranberry Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 2-8oz Packages of Cream Cheese- softened
  • 1 ¼ C PECANS- chopped
  • 6 Slices of Bacon- chopped
  • 1 C Dried Cranberries- chopped
  • ½ /c Green Onion- chopped fine
  • 4 -Large Tortillas- Spinach or flavor of your choice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except tortillas.
  2. Lay tortilla flat and spread mixture evenly to the edge.
  3. Roll tortilla up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Unwrap roll and cut into ½ inch slices.
